Heimtex, the world’s biggest textile trade show was held from 6 to 9 January, and this year Mistral joined in with many new products. Here is a summary of the trade show for you.

As mentioned earlier, holiday greeting cards at Mistral were scrapped and replaced by digital holiday cards, saving a significant amount of money that was in part donated to Bijeva. The other half will be given to Music for Life.

Mistral for Life

This year we decided not to send out any Christmas cards and to skip Christmas presents. This action yielded a hefty 5000 euro. Half of this amount was donated to Music For Life. On Monday 21st December part of the Mistral team went to Ghent to hand over the check in person. It goes without saying we did not want this event to go by unnoticed!
